and talented staff of sales pros. Simply put, we are in a league of
our own when it comes to caller education,
experience and
maturity.
Our unique and flexible work
environment, combined with our agressive salary and commission
program has enabled us to attract the very best of the
best:
- Over 90% of our telemarketing staff possess a
bachelor’s degrees or higher (we even have some MBAs).
- All callers have previous business to business sales
experience.
- Average caller age is 38 years old.
All telephone representatives receive technical training
on computer and telecommunications concepts, telemarketing protocols
and phone skills. The majority of our staff are long-term employees
of the company, with at least a year's tenure. Our staff work at
private workstations, have auto dial capability, email access, and
Internet access to support client programs. Each representative is a
member of a team and is managed by a full-time telemarketing manager
who interacts directly with the client on a day-to-day basis.

We are located in sunny 'north county' San
Diego, California, just two blocks from the ocean, and near to some
